CINEPHOBIA - THE CHONE ODYSSEY ENDS HERE!

CINEPHOBIA RADIO returns with the long awaited conclusion of the CHONE ODYSSEY!

http://www.cinephobia-radio.com/vaul...sey-part-three

The Best and Worst of 2010 concludes with a three and half hour, nuclear-powered feast of a finale courtesy of Toronto television producer and longtime Cinephobia conspirator, Scott McLaren.

I vowed after some of our earlier, extended experiments not to inflict such a monumental running time on the loyal Cinephobiacs but Mr. McLaren brought so many goodies to the table I was loathe to chuck any of them away (but my eyes were definitely bigger than my belly!).

In other words, prepare yourselves for the most epic Cinephobia epic to date.

So slooshy well my intrepid adventurers because the Chone Odyssey ends here!

For anyone who hasn't downloaded this - or who has and would like the FINAL version - I'm making a teeny weeny little change to the middle and inserting a clip I forgot to put in. So maybe you wanna hold off until I replace the file.

I'll pop back on here and alert you when the file has finished uploading/replacing....

(Yeah, I'm the George Lucas of podcasters - I can't stop fiddling with my episodes.)

Well....your loss. Coz the original is missing a clip from the movie that divides the BEST and WORST picks.

Unlike Lucas....my tinkerings are actually an improvement!

(Actually, it was a mistake to leave it out! One I didn't notice til I listened back to the uploaded show.)

I can't even go to the theater anymore unless it is a film festival. I hate the idea of being trapped with no booze and over-priced snacks and not being able to comment on the film. Your experience with Tron defines why just don't go anymore. Every other week or so my friends and I queue up a couple of movies we haven't seen, break out the beers, and watch them (making fun of them as appropriate). The grandeur of film-making doesn't appeal to me anymore. It is an art form like any other; you should enjoy it the best way you know how.

Oh, and by the way...all three of your guests loved Scott Pilgrim? Really? That is depressing.

Yeah, what's with that? And what's worse - even after demolishing the movie, issuing some choice rants against it AND providing evidence via clearly damning CLIPS - they STILL maintain their enthusiasm for it?

Wow....

Just proof that THREE wrongs do not make a right!

As for TRON....I think I said $14 on the show. It's more like $18 actually.

That's why I didn't walk out - I wanted to get my full money's worth of agony....
