Has anybody ever heard of Leftöver Crack, or Voltaire. Leftöver Crack has an awesome ska/hardcore sound that takes some getting used to, and Voltaire is a fantastic writer/musician...not only has he released 3 or 4 albums, but his comic series "Oh My Goth!" is wonderful, also.:p

I've heard a bit of Voltaire, very intrestingly experimental musically. However, I couldn't really get into it too much. He is an excellent lyric writer, but I'm not a fan of his vocals. Overall, not bad though. I don't dislike it.

Leftover crack are fucking awesome. How can you go wrong since they are'basically' the guy's from my all time favourite punk band, Choking Victim. The CV album, "no gods no managers', is the absolute best punk album ever released. EVER.
:skull:

Edit: If you like LC and CV check out F-Minus and Crack Rock Steady Seven.

Nope it's IN DK. The cd out is called kill whitey. As for morning glory it's on a small idependant label so it might be harder to track down. It's only an ep, but it's damn good.

Leftover Crack aren't bad. I'm pretty sure they are on Alternative Tentacles, which is Jello Biafra's label, if I'm not mistaken.

Yes, sadly it is true, although...they've been in many bands. Leftöver Crack for the most part, is also...Choking Victim, INDK, F-Minus, Crack Rock Steady Seven, Morning Glory, and Six Gun Radio. It's wonderful to think about though, I love every band that Leftöver Crack has ever been involved with.

I once saw Voltaire perform at The (now closed down) Bank, in NYC. Bummer, it was THE best club in the city.
Anywho...
If it wasnt for the girl I met and hooked up with that night, I would have left way earlier. Voltaire wasnt my cup of tea. Looks like Dave Novarro, acts like Tim Burton, sounds like something forgettable.

xoxoxo,

I've been listening to Devil's Bris all week, and I've become a fan of Voltaire's work. His website has several tracks you can download to wet your pallet, the Star Trek ones being incredibly hilarious if you watch the show.

Havent listened to Leftover Crack, Choking Victim, or IN DK in forever. I might just have to give them a listen now.

Saw Leftover Crack about 3 years ago. They put on a good show, until a small riot broke out.
