Great show Stuart. I totally agree with Michael about moving up to Toronto. For a genre fan, it sounds like a wonderful city to be in. I know I fell in love when I came up for FoF 2005 and I still can't get Toronto out of my head.
I think it's also great that you are giving Felsher the attention he deserves. He works his ass off and he's a great guy to boot. Noone gives the people who put together supplementary items on DVD's the respect they deserve.

Thanks for tuning in, Triefy!
Michael is a great fella - and a great interview.
He'll be back on the show in a few weeks (plus, I'm gonna get him on RMR soon...)
And Triefy. What are you waiting for? Move already.

Trust me. Last week, you could have caught me on toronto.ca skimming at how immigration works. It sounds like it would be a bitch for me to get a decent job up there.

It's a bitch to get a decent job ANYWHERE. Toronto is no different.

Very true. If I see a job in Toronto arise from my company, a move would seriously be considered.

Michael is on CINEPHOBIA again today!
Michael Felsher from Red Shirt Pictures is the man behind some spectacular DVD reissues of genre classics.
Recent projects include Dark Sky film’s Texas Chainsaw Massacre re-issue,
The Texas Chainsaw Massacre 2, The Monster Squad, The Burning, The Two Disc Special Edition of Eaten Alive
and the upcoming Hellraiser special edition from Anchor Bay.
Michael often supervises every aspect of the disc's production from the transfer of the film to the selection of special features
to the creation of newly produced long-form documentaries about the making of the film itself. He’s also the man responsible
for documenting all the behind the scenes work on George A Romero’s latest zombie opus, DIARY OF THE DEAD.
Michael was on the show a couple of weeks ago to talk about the World Premiere of Diary of the Dead at TIFF.
Aftewards, we went out for lunch and like the unrepentant film nerds that we are, we sat there yapping about some of our favourite movie moments.
I was having such a good time blagging about movies with Michael I thought it would be fun to bring a little of that to CINEPHOBIA
so I've invited him to pick five memorable scenes from five different films.
Today on the show, we’re gonna play some audio excerpts from those scenes and then we’re gonna discuss them afterwards.
I won't spoil it by listing the films here but I will say that he's picked a great selection of movie scenes for us to pontificate on.
And if at any time, you’d like to comment, feel free to call us at 416 595 1655.
